With domestic violence allegations are swirling in light of pictures of a bruised Amber Heard, and a subsequent court-ordered restraining order against actor Johnny Depp, one women is coming to his defense: hist first wife Lori Anne Allison.
According to TMZ, Alison was quoted as saying (Depp) “Would never lay a hand on a woman and isn’t capable of hurting anyone.”
Lori, who was married to Johnny from 1983 to 1985, recently told friends she doesn’t believe Amber Heard’s alleged claim that Depp physically abused her (several times) during the actors’ brief union.
Allison claims that Depp never got physical with her during their relationship and that he never even screamed at her.
She referred to Depp as a “soft person” who is even kind to animals. Lori and Johnny had a dog during their marriage and he was more loving with their canine companion than most parents were to their children.
Allison and Depp remain friends and still keep in touch. Depp recently received a call Allison when she called to offer her condolences following the passing of Depp’s mother death.
TMZ is claiming credit for breaking the following Amber’s claims that Johnny went on a violent tirade while high and drunk last weekend and smashed an iPhone on her face.
