It seems like just yesterday Karl Urban was revealed to be playing Skurge the Executioner in Thor: Ragnarok, but things move quickly in the movie world. The actor has just revealed that he’s officially wrapped on the film.
Though Karl Urban has typically found himself on the side of good in roles like Doctor “Bones” McCoy in Star Trek and Eomer in Lord of the Rings, this time he’ll be in opposition to the heroic god of thunder. However, he won’t be the only baddie Thor has to deal with.
Cate Blanchett will be playing the goddess of death, Hela, while Jeff Goldblum will play a mysterious character called the Grandmaster. Of course, there’s always Thor’s adopted brother Loki (Tom Hiddleston) that we’ve got to watch out for–the god of mischief always has something up his sleeve.
Hiddleston has stated that he’ll be shooting through November, but several characters have already wrapped. That includes Mark Ruffalo, who will be reprising his role as Bruce Banner, a.k.a. the Hulk. Ruffalo posted his thanks to the cast and crew on Instagram, as well as a cool photo of him with director Taika Waititi.
Now, Karl Urban has followed suit. He posted on Twitter that his work is done on Thor: Ragnarok.

We’re not really sure what Waititi is doing in that picture, but he looks a little bit like an emcee or something. Perhaps this is when he was announcing Karl Urban was wrapped to the rest of the cast and crew?
Thor: Ragnarok will land in theaters on November 3, 2017.
