Voice of Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck Passed Away at 63

Voice actor Joe Alaskey, who brought life to characters like Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck, passed away on February 3, 2016, at the age of 63. Alaskey replaced Mel Blanc, the previous voice of the famous Looney Toons, after Blanc’s death in 1989.

Though Bugs and Daffy are his most famous characters, Alaskey voiced many other lovable characters. Other favorites include Yosemite Sam in Who Framed Roger Rabbit, Stinkie in Casper, and Grandpa Lou Pickles in The Rugrats Movie.
